Become an Appointed Representative
Bridge Hall are directly authorised by the FSA and as such are able to offer suitably responsible companies the opportunity to become Appointed Representatives (AR) of Bridge Hall.
An AR would be an incorporated limited company, with directors who want to start their own financial services company. The AR has the same regulatory permissions that Bridge Hall has, and is allowed to trade in their own name quoting that they are an Appointed Representative of Bridge Hall Stockbrokers Limited.
Bridge Hall has been fortunate enough to provide AR status to 5 separate, start up brokerages. These companies benefited from the Bridge Hall’s back office administration, expertise and our thorough compliance checks and procedures which enabled them to start their own businesses, whilst they made their own applications to the FSA for direct authorisation.

Become an Introducer
A number of companies find themselves in a position where they are asked if they are able to provide a stock broking or Corporate Finance solution for clients. Typically this could be accountancy and legal practices.
Bridge Hall is able to enter into a commercial arrangement to provide the service to the underlying client of the introducer.

Become a Branch Office
With offices in Altrincham Cheshire and in the City of London, Bridge Hall Stockbrokers Limited are looking to expand its network of offices within the UK. We are seeking experienced and qualified stockbrokers with their own client base who wish to set up their own branches – perhaps in their home towns.
Bridge Hall will provide support and access to the market and will run the branch in co-operation with you as a commercial venture.

Bridge Hall has a modular T&C solution which provides a structure for running T&C schemes for other Financial Services businesses. This is capable of being tailored to the specific needs of a business and is a stand alone solution.
Bridge Hall has developed its MiFID CRM. The system can be easily adapted to the particular ways that other businesses operate – and run their businesses.
