In addition, BHSL has a track record of raising money for small companies seeking pre-IPO (pre Initial Public Offering) capital. In 2007 Bridge Hall assisted a number of companies in raising approximately £4 million via pre-IPOs, enabling them to expand or consolidate their businesses before seeking a listing on the market in due course.
