BH Plc is a private unquoted plc that is seeking to make investments into areas where it hopes to enjoy a significant return on investment by the use of the boards experience.

BH plc previous investment was in advisory retail stock broking which it withdrew from in early 2012 with a view to re-entering the general retail stock broking market at a later date.

BH plc is currently making an investment into the area of Senior Life Settlements (‘SLS’) policies where it expects to acquire assets from institutions that are selling off such assets. A Senior Life Settlements policy is essentially a second hand life insurance policy that is traded as an asset class in its own right. This industry is a multi billion dollar industry in the USA and, as such, is subject to the economic forces that have swept the world over the past 3 years or so.
