Bridge Hall Stockbrokers Limited (‘BHSL’ or ‘Bridge Hall’) is an independent stockbroking company, with offices based in the heart of the City of London and in Altrincham, Cheshire. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, PLUS Market Corporate Advisors and Members of the London Stock Exchange.
We provide a stockbroking service to private clients, and a corporate finance solution for smaller company’s. Our aim is to provide all clients with a straight forward and jargon free service with our experienced team of directors, stock brokers (cash equities and CFD’s), corporate finance executives and support staff. We ensure that clients are treated as individuals and are given their own dedicated point of contact within the company.
We utilise our industry expertise to offer a wide range of services direct to our clients. Our services include execution only and advisory stockbroking, Contracts for Difference (CFD’s) as well as a corporate finance service to companies.
Bridge Hall is a PLUS Market Corporate Advisor and has a track record of raising money for small companies seeking pre-IPO (pre Initial Public Offering) capital. In 2007/8 Bridge Hall assisted a number of companies in raising approximately £5 million via pre-IPOs, enabling them to expand or consolidate their businesses before seeking a listing on a public market in due course.
